Activity

Lucid Dream Retreats organises residential retreats for adults in Portugal, in small groups, centred on personal development, awareness, integration, breathwork practices, movement, nature, creative expression and the exploration of states of consciousness.

The specific description of each retreat, including dates, duration, accommodation, meals, activities included, price and conditions of participation, is set out on the relevant page and in the contractual documentation provided to the participant.

Accommodation

The accommodation used for the retreats is provided by an external operator, who is responsible for operating the establishment in question and for the authorisations and registrations required by law, including the corresponding Alojamento Local (the Portuguese registration for tourist accommodation) registration where applicable.

The details of the accommodation and of its operator are communicated to the participant in the information relating to the retreat and/or in the booking confirmation.

Nature of the services

The retreats of Lucid Dream Retreats do not constitute medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic services and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment or cure of illnesses.

Participation in a retreat does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care provided by duly qualified professionals.

No specific individual results are guaranteed.

Unless stated otherwise, the texts, photographs, graphic elements, visual identity, materials, programmes and other content presented on this website are the property of Lucid Dream Retreats or are used with the authorisation of their respective owners.

The reproduction, distribution, publication, modification or commercial use of such content is not permitted without prior authorisation, save in the cases permitted by law.

Complaints Book

Where legally applicable, the consumer may use the Electronic Complaints Book via the relevant official platform.

Alternative resolution of consumer disputes

Consumers may refer the matter to the territorially competent Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution body.
